I checked the mouse bait stations and mouse traps inside your apartment, which showed no signs of rodent activity. I treated the inside of your apartment with a liquid residual to prevent ants and general seasonal pest. Give this treatment up to two weeks to take full effect. Hello, we completed your quarterly service today. It was a pleasure speaking with you. We did check the interior bait stations and found some activity in the crawlspace to the left of the basement door. We also saw limited activity underneath the sink in the kitchen We refreshed with new bait. The exterior stations were empty and we refilled with fresh bait. We sprayed the interior foundation with a non-repellent liquid spray for ants, spiders, crickets, and other general pests. We did not see any stinging insect activity at this time.
