Inspected for any termite activity, but I have not noticed any activity at this time. I did install four termite monitors. Around the perimeter of your home we will be inspecting these at the quarterly services. I also installed to exterior rodent control devices one on each side of the additional build on of the foundation where I pointed out where rodents are entering, this will help reduce/ prevent rodent activity on the interior of your home. I also installed some interior bait stations underneath the stove and in the basement/crawlspace areas. I also applied a no repellent liquid solution on the interior and exterior of your home targeting ants, spiders, crickets and other general pest. Today I completed your initial pest inspection and treatment services. It was good talking with you today. Today I inspected the interior and exterior of your home for any issues you’re having today. Upon inspecting the interior I found some ants at the sliding door in the kitchen so I used a gel bait in a crack that they were going into. I put down three mice bait stations inside the home to help combat rodent activity inside the home, I put one under the sink that you showed me, one in the water heater room, and one up in the push up ceiling in the basement. I put down two exterior rodent bait stations, I put one next to the crawlspace door out back, and one on the right side of your home right outside of where you have seen rodent activity. Thank you for choosing green pest solutions. This is CJ and I came around for a quarterly service that included: A check for cobwebs, wasp, and bee activity. A check and replenishment of rodent bait stations. It’s only been a month so activity seems quite low. I also found that the bait stations were getting too much sunlight and to shade your areas to make the bait more appealing and get more accurate readings. A liquid treatment to the foundation of the home and attached garage. Something to keep an eye on for the future: the back of the house holds more moisture, and has more vegetation against the foundations. This may provide cover and vertical bridges for pest to bypass treatment. If you have a pest issue accumulating in the back room, this is something to keep in mind. The Stairs into the basement are particularly moist. I treated the foundation and perimeter of the door, but I cannot treat every surface. Sprigtails will enjoy being around this area. I installed bait stations to the exterior perimeter. Once termites begin to feed it can take up to 90 days for control. More time is normally needed.
