I found heavy activity in the bait station behind the house and replenish it. I also checked the eaves for any wasp nests. Please give today’s treatment 10 to 12 days to see best results. It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I placed (31) Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of the home. This will aid in the elimination and prevention of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony. Swarming during this period may happen and should be expected. I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home focusing on the foundation line and thresholds. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of ants and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. Per your request , I did not place anything inside or out for rodents. I inspected for any possible entry points. I recommend having penetration points sealed up from the basement as pointed out during the inspection. Lastly, I removed any visible/reachable spider webs around the home. Ple

Today I completed your initial pest inspection and treatment services. It was good talking with you today. I inspected the interior of your home for clothing moth issues and the exterior for ant issues as well. I put down four clothing moth traps, two in your attic, one in your closet and one in the other closet where clothing moths are present. I installed four termite monitoring stations to monitor termite activity. I installed two mice bait stations in your garage and one rodent bait station on the right side of your home. I treated the attic and front and back door baseboards with a liquid residual to help prevent spiders and general invader pests.
